Would you rather face a Kraken or a Cyclops?

Cyclops. He can't see me if I stay out of range. Someone's seen the great Jason and the Argonauts movie from the '70's.

Modern art or Impressionists?

Depends on the artist. Forced to choose it would have to be modern art.

Would you rather visit the Prado (Madrid) or Uffizi (Florence)?

That's a close one. Forced to choose, the Uffizi, more because of Italy surrounding it.

True or false, you would travel to someplace restless or dangerous (i.e. North Korea or the Middle East)

The Uffizi is one of the major European galleries/museums I really want to visit but have yet to do so. The Prado, Sofia, and Baron Von Thyssen in Madrid are beyond awesome. They're all on the same road.

True, I would relish travelling to those places.

True or false, you have a favourite Amsterdam coffee shop?

Never been to Amsterdam and not into drugs. I would go for the Anne Frank house and the red-light district, definitely.

True or false, you have been to Asia

Do you think Anne would have been a Belieber too? ;)
Amsterdam has waaaay more than Anne Frank (who's house is a wee bit of a non-event) and drugs. It's a beautiful city to wander and get lost in.

False, sadly I have yet to visit Asia (south east Asia would be my choice)

True or false, you have rounded Cape Horn in a sailing vessel?

Anne was a person of class and taste, unlike Bieber. She probably would have enjoyed the popular music, but I see her more into serious music.

False, never been on any vessel-afraid of ships.

True or false, you have been to Egypt.

Oh dear lord I caught my "who's"....jeeeez! Whose, whose, and thrice whose!!

False, never been to Egypt, would love to visit the museum in Cairo though.

True or false, you have seen the Body Works exhibition?

False, although this would be something totally up my alley. There's controversy over where the bodies actually come from, so I can't ethically support this unless I'm sure.

True or false, you have seen Stonehenge (and is it anything more than a pile of big stones in a field?)

Body Worlds is amazing, I'd love to see it again. I believe folks leave their bodies knowing that Gunter von Hagens will do what he does with them. Did you see the live autopsy he did? Amazing stuff.

True, I have seen Stonehenge (in the distance) and even from distance is far more than just a big pile of stones.

True or false, you have been to the top of the Eiffel Tower?

False, but this (and Paris itself) is on my bucket list. Probably me and 50,000 other people think getting up there is the most romantic thing to do ever.

True or false, you have been to Edinburgh.

Many, many times. I love the city.

True or false, you prefer a musical film to musical theatre?

False, I grew up on Gilbert and Sullivan, so always had a love for theatre.

True or false, you are now colossally wasting time watching videos or playing games (other than this)-not that I mind

I'd like to try snowboarding...snow's all a bit wet and cold for my liking though.

Would you rather endure kids singing in a school play or lying on a bed of nails?

I've already endured the kids singing in school plays AND sleeping on every rock within 50 miles that came to migrate under my back on a camping trip. I'll take the kids.

Dog or cat person?

Singing kids is one of my worst nightmares! :|

I prefer cats, they're sexy and sinuous. Dogs don't bend in the middle!

Would you rather, use conventional or complimentary medicine?

Would you rather, use conventional or complimentary medicine?

(of course, you have the Woodipotamus)

I take it you mean holistic medicine?

I tend to use conventional because so many remedies are not regulated here, so you really don't know what you're getting.

Would you rather go to a library or to the movies?

The Woodipots does indeed own me :cheesy:

I would rather go to the library...specially the university library.

Would you rather, talk on the phone or go see the same friend for a brew (tea/coffee) and chat? (which is just what I'm about to do as Tinks is just 90secs round the corner)
