I had a taco with chips and queso blanco. I also had watermelon, cantaloupe, and M&M's.

I tried a new recipe: a roasted butternut squash galette with caramelized onions, mushrooms, spinach with a creamy vegan gouda sauce. Yup it's a keeper.

I found the recipe online and then put my own flare to it. :)

My youngest and I were craving Chinese so we went to the new buffet place. It was ok. I still haven't found a Chinese place that knocks my socks off...they all just suffice.

It had to be HUNGRY HOWIE'S PIZZA. I will sure miss not being able to jump in the truck and be at Hungry Howie's in five minutes. Honestly, this makes me kind of sad.

I had a grilled cheese, turkey, and tomato sandwich with a cup of tomato soup. It was yummy.

I made a low fat low carbs chicken picatta with roasted asparagus. The honey and roommate loved it.

Ive eaten nothing but junk all day...and the trend continues for dinner

I'm having ice cream...and possibly dill pickle chips. And I don't care. I'm hungry but I can't move enough to cook.

I prepared a skillet of homemade "cheeseburger helper" using grass fed ground beef, pasta, sharp cheddar, a little almond milk, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and other spices. I also steamed some broccoli for a side. Good stuff! :byebye:

I'm craving baked potatoes smothered in butter and sour cream, bacon and scallions on top of extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese.... omg yummy, guessing I'm low on magnesium again and not enough good fats.

Humm. maybe an avocado for breakfast? I want an avocado tree in my yard. And a eucalyptus tree.... a Myers Lemon, two of those.... a grapefruit tree.... cherry tree....

When I finally get around to cooking this evening, I will have roasted chicken legs, baked sweet potato and a chopped green salad.

Not sure yet. Going to a new-to-me restaurant. Will report back later.

Greek salad and grilled salmon. Dark chocolate for desert.

I made picadillo, I could live on tacos. I have Modelo Especial beer to go with the tacos.

I made a stir fry with shrimp, carrots, green beans, garlic, yellow pole beans. I spiced it up with cayenne peppers, and served it over steamed rice. Simple but delicious!

I can't eat when it's hot...never could...

Now the sun is down and I'm peckish. We are going to Sonic so I suppose I will get some snackage. Otherwise it will be a Jolly Rancher slushy...

Barbecue chicken, squash, and them little brown "butter" potatoes, (I think that's what you call them) all on the grill. :wine:
