I finished supper hours ago but now I am looking for a light snack. I want something still fairly healthy like a low fat frozen yogurt and berries. I think it is time to check the freezer.

Leftover salsa chicken, it was so good can't waste any of it.

I am thinking it is time to do a thai pork or chicken stirfry with noodles and lots of fresh veggies.

I jimmied a stew with pork and butternut squash, and
I served it over Easy Bake Polenta. I didn't love the texture but Pete thought it was hearty and cozy. :niceleanpork: |
