Maple and brown sugar oatmeal with a TBS of chia seeds, walnuts, slivered almonds, pecan halves and fresh blueberries. Orange juice to drink.

I tried something new this morning. I oven toasted a Flat Out Foldit 5 Grain Flax piece of flatbread while I heated up a Portabella Veggiburger patty. I topped it with a piece of pepper jack cheese, horseradish mustard and some baby arugula and folded it over into a nice little sandwich. I complemented it with a bowl of fresh fruit: blueberries and clementine segments as well as a big cup of chocolate milk. Delicious!

Emerald Bliss Juice from Jimbos: Freshly squeezed celery, spinach, kale, parsley, lots of ginger, green apple.

I was up early to start some stuff around the house...but, gren was sweet enough to make breakfast...burritos with hash browns, scrabbled eggs, cheese, salsa, and mushrooms :)

I had a big bowl of fresh fruit: blueberries, blackberries, cantaloupe, mango and kiwi and am working on finishing my two organic brown eggs with shredded cheese and cracked peppercorns, bacon jerky and chocolate milk.

Cold fried chicken and lemonade

I decided against my usual post workout breakfast and am eating a big bowl of fresh fruit (okay, that's the same) and a mesquite chicken breast with mashed potatoes and a steamed veggie mix (carrots, peas, green beans, black beans, edamame). BBQ sauce on the side and chocolate milk to drink.

Breakfast
I had bacon, homemade hash browns, and rolls with jam. a cup of Irish tea to drink. Yummy!

an omelette wit' thai sweet chili tuna and halved, grilled cherry tomatoes on grill toasted ciabatta...
