walked dog several times
took a very long walk to go to brunch, had brunch and walked back dyed 300 grams of wool with black walnut husks worked on the baby coat I am knitting for a friend's baby shower knitted the pair of mittens to go with it took a nap read made several phone calls to France (family stuff) made dinner and ate it Elle* |
I made it through my unpaid workday!!!

Got up
Fixed breakfast of eggs,bacon and toast with two mugs of coffee Did laundry,dryed it and put it away am still working on some rehash of health and safty standards for theis thursday cooked dinner many times have let the fur kids out' n back in. now im fixing to get off the puter in a fue. |
a total of 12 batches of salsa (each batch filling 6 jars at a time) ... the last 4 batches are waiting to be loaded into jars and sealed yet. 8 batches were made with special orders in mind (Mild, Medium, Hot, HOT HOT, and "Almost Smokin")....
cleaning the kitchen as I went, or I would have got lost between all the jars and tomatoes... accomplished wearing myself out, but it was worth it! |

Got up, no great feat as I took a pill
got the cats watered n fed got stuff ready for Ami took Ami to work got showered got a hair cut YEY! ate a sammich fed the critters wet food, separated the two fir balls cleaned cat box cleaned bathroom did dishes played on the FB will fix dinner later. |

A day well spent!
had breakfast on the deck (brown rice cheese quesadilla with avocado, freshly made pico de gallo, and cilantro)
dyed some reclaimed yarn (two skeins in light turquoise, one in sunny yellow, from a half-knit sweater someone gave me, of wool in a horrible shade of dirty cream) had lunch on the deck (an artichoke with dijon mustard and lemon mayo) spun some fiber (working on finishing the last of a turquoise, purple and lime green wool roving, already spun 200grs, 100 remaining) worked on the baby hooded jacket I am knitting for a friend watered all my herb boxes walked the princess a couple of times got laundry picked up and delivered made several calls to France (family stuff) cleaned bathroom had dinner on the deck (rare grilled rack of lamb, steamed green beans, heirloom tomato salad) now relaxing with some more spinning Elle* |
Went to work
stopped for a little grocery shopping went to gym (short work out) came home to make dinner took a 10 min nap |

I cleaned out my room, and the Closet of Doom. Eight hours later, I have six bags (garbage bags) of stuff for the Goodwill in the back seat, several large items that couldn't be bagged, and who knows how many bags of just plain trash into the dumpster. I feel so much "clearer", though I have a lot to go.

went to bank dropped off script ran by work to order some supplies cleaned litterbox walmart put up groceries and such emptied/filled dishwasher cut up chicken to begin to marinate washed dog folded/put up laundry. and its only 4! :) |
I don't know that I've really accomplished anything today, so far, but my god son did accomplish taking his first step this afternoon and I was there to see it!!!

Working out again feels sooo good! A great workout of abs, playing basketball and lifting.

I went grocery shopping this afternoon!
I spent a lot of $$$ restocking the fridge and cupboards and forgot the bag of ice I paid for at the store! But... now I get to spend time in the kitchen making Pumpkin Cheesecake with gingered chocolate drops! *yum* |
I accomplished NOT putting my hands around the neck of the father of my grand daughter...
I truly deserve a gold star or a Chocolate coconut frap... |
All quiet on the Eastern front!
I had breakfast on the deck, watered my herbs (and then it rained cats and dogs later), walked my dog, found some interesting things at the local Goodwill store, talked to three neighbours, had tea, received three packages and my Urban Organics produce order, made potato-leek soup, and throughout the day, spun some merino/silk blend on my brand new spindle, which spins like a dream! Oh! and cleaned the kitchen!
