My famous "Supermarket Safari Chili."

This isn't just dinner, it's an adventure. You make up the recipe while at the grocery store. Tonight's was made from 90/10 organic grass fed beef, a can each of black beans, sweet yellow corn, no salt added petite diced tomatoes and Bush's Grillin' Beans Black Bean Fiesta, a couple of chopped onions and some Tico Sauce.

I like tilapia because it's mild and a little sweeter than say, bass. I cannot stand that fishy smell and taste. I prefer my fish de-scented and tilapia is really good in that regard, plus it's super easy to cook, except when I forget the oven is still on and set at 400 degrees. :blink:
