Well...I mentioned a while back that I had applied for a spot in a juried show ~ The Pecan Street Fall Festival ..................

THEY CHOSE MY ART!
MY FIRST FESTIVAL!!!
OH. MY. GOD.

I'm excited a little.
And I'm terrified........a LOT! :|

You know that dream where You're out in public in Your pajamas? That's the way I feel right now......I have no paintings! (Maybe a couple of dozen.....)

I have SO much to DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But this just in: My precious daughter is going to come and help me that first day. (She even knows she has to get up early! :giggle: )

It's almost the deadline to get our Reunion projects turned in. Pixie, I have a question about how you are putting them together. Will the back of the page be seen? I have one page that I used both the front & back and I'm not sure if that works with what you have planned?

After taking a trip around the sun and back... I was wondering if anyone still plays the penpal game. I miss writing and receiving snail mail. I was hoping maybe some of my previous pals and maybe a new one would accept me back as a penpal...

Sure you can. We will be finished up in a week with what we are working on now.

So, you are subscribed, and that's a beginning~ and new things will be coming soon. Someone will put out an idea, and then it begins.....

We have almost finished our last project and it needs to be in the mail by Sept 16th.. Some folks will be tied up in getting ready for and going to the Reunion, so not sure who or what we will be getting into next.

Stay tuned, and I would read back to see how and what we have done. (like since Feb. ) This summer it was pretty slow and we worked on pages for a book to be raffled off at the Reunion.
