A nice thick slice of my quiche and lots of coffee.

Pre-workout: banana
Post-workout: 2 brown eggs with diced roasted red peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, chicken and bacon jerky. It wasn't an omelet or a frittata, but more like a soft scramble hash. It was tasty! I also had a big glass of oj and some water. |
Grapes, cheese, carrots and hummus.

baguette toasted in 1/2" slices and topped with creme cheese, lots of coffee.

Steel-cut oatmeal, coconut milk, coconut flakes, chopped apple, walnuts. decaf on the side. I'm out of chia seeds—will pick up some soon.

Two eggs over medium, a few cubes of sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese, a yogurt and a mandarin. This is really breakfast and lunch since I just ate it.

I made some silly breakfast treats to eat. I call them Peanut-butter cyclops.
It's blobs of peanut butter rolled in granola, then I put a fresh cherry in the middle, which makes it look like a "cyclop". *lol* They're tasty and I've been pigging out on them, for breakfast. |

I am making scrambled eggs with onions and cheese, pigs in a blanket, and fresh tomatoes.

I had lunch for breakfast and had a honey ham sandwich with a Halo and some dill pickle chips. An oj/pom juice blend to drink.

I wasn't able to have breakfast at the normal time. I ended up grilling two small chicken breasts (one for mom) with Greek seasoning and some olive oil. Put it over lettuce with tomatoes and sunflower seeds. I didn't use dressing I just dipped it in hummus.

Breakfast and lunch combined since I got a late start and am almost half way to dinner - Garden salad only made with spinach instead of lettuce because it's the only thing I've got, and the last little bit of poppy seed dressing I had to water down a bit so I could get it out the bottle. Bean and cheese burrito. Okay I lie – burritos, however in defense of myself small ones, sort of, on the smallish side anyway. Peanut butter bar. Never trust any recipe culled from a skinny woman's blog that states this makes 9 and requires two baking pans. It will only make 4 the size of those shown in the finished product example photo. On the plus side you'll only need one pan and have less to clean up. I need some sort of forgive me father for I have sinned lead me not into temptation blah, blah blah whatever sampler to hang in the kitchen or with a magnet on the back so I could stick it on the fridge. I'm too impatient to make one myself. Next on the the list of things I want in a partner - crafty gal.

Breakfast was a sweet chili pork chop with steamed veggies and eggplant cutlets, oj and some strawberry shortcake because I can.

Dinner for breakfast again, which was technically lunch since I slept late. Beef tips with steak sauce, steamed veggies, Halos and sweet tea. A little bit of ice cream as well.

I first had a small Carrot Cake cupcake with vegan, non-dairy 'cream cheese' frosting, which was sweetened with stevia; then I had half a cup of organic rolled oats with chopped walnuts and chunks of freshly cubed mango with Oat 'milk' 'creamer'.

Ive been way sick, still am so breakfast was a slice of sandwich meat and a slice of swiss cheese.

Breakfast was a cranberry bagel, toasted and with light cream cheese, plus fresh berries and oj/pom juice. Water afterwards.

I stopped in an old diner for some breakfast. Scrambled eggs, homemade toast, hashbrowns, and sausage. Lots of coffee.
