So I made weird quichelettes instead, meaning to freeze the extras so they could be nuked for breakfasts. But there are none left. Which means they were good weird quichelettes...

I am registered with this program to host touring cyclists. I have my first of the season coming in tonight! She has been riding in from Quebec, not sure where she is going from here.
Anyway, tonight for her I am making black bean burgers with this awesome caramelized onion cheddar melted on them, sweet potato fries, and a big green salad.

That sounds like a *really* cool program! Do you mind sharing what it is called?

Lets see..last night was young ones 12th bday so we did mexican rice, burritos, and bday cake for dessert.

Tonight, I think its going to be baked chicken with salad and either potatoes or a pasta

I've hosted some awesome people through it. Including a woman biking from Idaho to Rhode Island, passing through here on her 74th birthday, and a couple of women from NYC who were riding from San Francisco to home. One was a stand up comedian and the other was a play write. I didn't want them to leave, they were so fun!

Its payday so I'm treating myself to Thai food.

Probably will order Red Curry Tofu - It comes with the most vegetables.

The kiddo requested tacos.. so I am making tacos. Made salsa this morning so that should be tasty by dinner time. that's all.... it is just the squirt and myself so that's enough

ok I sort of changed my mind...a little, but not by much...I'm going with a chicken parm, with salad and fresh baked herb bread

Misquite smoked pork loin with orange marmalade sause,freash boiled corn on the cob,garlic bread with a lemon maringue pie for later( my son best not eat all the pie while im out tonight).
