We went to a place with a salad bar ... I did some carb loading (mashed potatoes, corn, cornbread) and then added a green salad to balance things out. Too full to get dessert ...

mmmmmm, I hear it's going to be my brothers BBQ ribs and beer with my nieces. Something was salad about, "oh, please daddy, make that potato salad too" . It's wonderful to be with my family on vacay :)

Fresh caught bluefish on the grill. Not my favorite thing. No matter how you cook it, it still tastes like and has the texture of softened lard.

Grilled Chicken
Dressing--new one I picked up--Salsa Ranch

(was delicious but wish the avocados were ripe enough to use)
