Homemade Mac n Cheese that I didn't have to make

Stuffing and ham

No more turkey no more stuffing a subway roast beef sandwich and it was good too with all the veggies even jalapenos and a cookie which was good too!!

I had low fat cottage cheese with a pineapple ring on top, celery with yogurt ranch dip, and a tomato sandwich with Miracle Whip and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Grilled ham and cheese on wheat

A sandwich on Oroweat's HealthFULL 10 grain bread (yummy!) of fat free turkey, provolone, spicy brown mustard and sandwich pickles.

Half of a peanut butter sandwich and a scoop of rocky road.

A large salad of raw spinach, tomatoes, fat free turkey, Calamata olives, crumbled feta and Caesar vinaigrette plus a few tsp of chicken noodle soup.

I had a turkey burger for lunch and a banana, water to drink..thats it

Brunch
We actually went out for brunch today, which was Tamales and eggs smothered in salsa , and small bowl of menudo. and alittle bit of bread pudding

On the menu for today...
Today is my family's traditional day of celebrating Christmas. It starts at 10am and lasts almost all day. There will be a FULL spread including turkey, ham, and all the fixins, plus pulled pork bbq, and a massive amount of cakes, pies and homemade candies... Yummy... :D
