Omfg..... look at that Wisteria! !!!!!!!! My dream home!!!!!!

I have no picture to post but wanted to say something... I've always loved older architecture and often wonder what happened inside them when these places were in their prime.

Anyone else?

I'd love to sit/stand/walk in there and be able to be taken back to a typical day or maybe an event and just be an observer. What a great way to learn about history.

Unfortunately, I don't have those kind of powers but I can still make up stuff in my head.

I think the same thing, what happened inside and I usually imagine lavish parties and lots of hedonistic things as well!

I don't condone exploring abandoned buildings on your own, as that's dangerous and trespassing. However, I admit I enjoy reading about it, and have books about abandoned sites in Cleveland and Columbus. Maybe my love for abandoned places ties into my love for ghost stories and haunted places.
