- thinking of having some sliced up apple and some grapes.. my son is home sick for the next week and a half and the only food he can get into him is grapes and apple (very little at that).. so thought we could dine together once he wakes up, and might make him feel a bit better that i'm eating what he's eating today..

I had an ice cream bar at 4:30 a.m. while waiting for my coffee to brew. When I get to work I will have a bowl of corn flakes, milk with thinly sliced banana. I got off the raisen bran this week and went to corn flakes. I'd been experiencing leg cramps at night. Since I have been on bananas with my cereal all week, the cramps have subsided.

YAY Friday, Gang!!!!

Yeah for Friday such a long week with this hard internship hopefully today will be slow. for breakfast I had a one cup of Fiber One cereal good too and a banana and skim milk, coffee, and more coffee later to get me going. :blink:

Start small, otherwise your tummy will rebel. Maybe toast or a piece of fruit with your coffee and then gradually add a bit more until you find an amount that works for you.

Tomorrow I will have some grilled turkey ham, 2 eggs, some plain Greek yogurt with some raw green beans. Odd I know, but it works well for me :)

one pancake which took me an hour to eat and it had to be washed down with lots of coffee...sighing...back to eating very very carefully again.

am still dropping lots of weight and inches but there is swelling where the stumach is and this is not good.
