One of my all time favorites to watch over and over again, is _Laura_ (1944), starring Dana Andrews, Gene Tierney, Judith Anderson, Vincent Price and the great Clifton Webb as Waldo Lydecker. This is a classic film noir, if you don't know the film. It has a tight plot line, great, witty dialogue and wonderful cinematography. Yes the film is in b/w, but don't let that stop you. It is a murder mystery about love and betrayal. Check it out.

American Beauty - Lester Burnham is my kinda guy.
Walk the Line - especially the part at the end where Johnny is asking June to marry him. For the millionth time. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind - Kate Winslet, enough said. Notorious - No, not the one about the Notorious BIG, the one from 1946 with Ingrid Bergman and Cary Grant. Classic. |
