my 16 yr old daughter brought me breakfast in bed. Runny scrambled eggs, dry and burnt toast with a smidge of grape jelly, peach yogurt and a half cup of coffee.... THE BEST BREAKFAST EVER. i ate every bit of it with a smile on my face.
i did instruct her on how to cook the eggs alittle longer next time.. and how to use the Kuerig.. for future use. *smiles* |

My version of a breakfast bowl
Scrambled eggs with sauteed onion and bell pepper topped with American Cheese (for roomie not me) 4 slices of maple bacon (2 for me) 3 slices of french bread toasted and buttered (none for me) Would make great pre-prepared breakfast for someone on the go. Or single folks that hate to cook. I used to do all my cooking on Sunday, divy it all up and have home cooked meals for a couple of weeks. (froze half) As a matter of fact, for a GF many years ago, I made homemade frozen dinners for her using her leftover containers from commercial frozen meals. She was in heaven!! She was a Nurse and still going to school, so this gift was priceless to her. |

maybe a grapefruit... and my honey bunches of oats with pecans with vanilla almond milk.... TRYING to do less dairy.... but I love yogurt... :blush: |
