Pineapple juice and Apple Jacks.

One homemade, from scratch, pancake (made with almond & coconut flour and a skitch of sea salt, a titch of baking soda, and non-fat cashew milk, and a few pecans and raspberries).
Two eggs over easy (with organic chopped rosemary) and a cup of extra blonde coffee (desert sunrise roasted coffee beans, no creamer or sugar). Lots of water after breakfast :hk20: |
well since there was no power this morning, there was no coffee.
I had an antipasto salad that was sent to me by the person I'm house sitting for. (Believe it or not, she is an ex girlfriend. I'm friends with many ex's, cept the cheating lying ones) |
A baked sweet potato with rosemary butter and a little salt later this morning. It’s one of my favorite treats for breakfast.

Half of a Lavish bread, hummus wrap made with Balsamic hummus, black refried beans, broccoli sprouts, Holy Ghost Sprouts (sweet pea sprouts), tahini mixed up with Balsamic vinegar, and a chopped up soft boiled egg.

Plain Greek yogurt with a swirl of honey. Topped with the sweetest blackberries and raspberries.

It’s Passover, so I’m in the middle of making matzo brie. The crumpled up matzo has to soak in egg and milk, and Pete likes a little sugar; she works at home on Mondays.

Left over Chinese takeout: Dim Sum & Crab puffs.
Lots and lots of water. Maybe a cup of herbal tea and another big antibiotic pill, soon. |
Ezekiel 4:19 bread — pan toasted in evoo, with a generous tablespoon of tahini on top, then I topped the tahini with organic raspberries. A cup of morning brew, and two super greens gummies. Delish:balloon:

Ezekiel “tortilla” with a very small sampling of pan seared veggies (broccoli buds, carrots, sun ripe baby tomatoes and Trader Joe’s Tahini sauce). Cup of morning brew (zero caffeine, zero sugar) and still working at sipping on a quart of clean, triple filtered water.

What's for Breakfast...
Oatmeal with thawed frozen mixed berries, half a banana, hemp seeds, cinnamon and maple syrup.
1 slice of toasted multigrain bread with peanut butter. A cup of Green tea. A glass of water to take my vitamins. |
3 sausage links each wrapped in sliced mozzarella.
Coffee with cream. |
I had an early appointment with the imaging office. So....on the way home I ate an hard boiled egg and a couple of my oatmeal peanut butter balls.
This time it was oatmeal, peanut butter, honey, seame seeds, chocolate chips, tahini, cocoa powder and to make it a little spicy ..some cayenne pepper and Chinese 5 spice. These are great for a little snack! Next time, I'm adding coconut. |
