1) a pork roast / chili verde soup that we have named "chupacabra soup" 2) chile relleno casserole 3) my everything but the kitchen sink salads 3 things I didn't get to this summer: 1) Niagra falls with ONLY and her son 2) Giving my niece driving lessons on the open roads of Arizona / New Mexico 3) Touring the Hershey factory in PA Gimme 3 types of car that you would never want to own |

I would say that three important things I think about on a daily basis are: 1) my children, 2) whether I will find a job (and soon) and 3) when will this entirely gorgeous weather end in the PNW - we have not had a stretch of nice weather here in ages... at least since the late 1980s. We usually have rain year around, even during summer. Not that I do not like rain, mind you, because I do love rain. I just want to be as ready as possible for the change in weather.
