I started to make salsa and cheese omelets with whole wheat toast...I got distracted and forgot to flip my eggs before filling the omelet, so we had egg, salsa and cheese scramble!:hangloose:

Potato, spring onion and courgette rosti.

I dunno. It depends on what you call breakfast. I ate a banana and some peanut butter before my workout and then I had a Balanced Break before I went in to work for an hour and a half, and I just finished with a caprese salad, Greek pasta salad with some turkey kielbasa and chocolate milk.

One of them surely is my breakfast.

It's like any other pan....you still have to put something in there be it oil or spray or whatever. Once you get the hang of it, you'll love it. Just remember to wash it by hand and to season your pan regularly.

My Honey made breakfast for us. We had homemade waffles made from an Multi-grain flour mix, eggs (sunny side up, w/sea salt and cracked pepper), and warm Maple syrup. Then we sat at our kitchen table, which he made too, and ate our breakfast while listening to a 70s radio station program that featured songs by.... The Hollies.

Heaven. :hk19:

Its nite supper here....having a bottle of barbican n some potato chip....

C0LLETTE 09-12-2015 11:04 AM

Had coffee and a bun spread with nutella, squeezed out of a lil plastic pack saved from one of my many motel "continental breakfasts"...what a misnomer that is: there is no continent those lousy plastic wrapped stale "danishes" should be served on...and if you've ever seen the buckets they make their "gravy" in, you'd never eat another "sausage patty" or "biscuit and gravy" during this lifetime or any other ( should you optimistically believe in such things).
