Pork Ribs in the slow cooker...Will place them on the bbq pit in a while for that smokey flavor...My contribution to family dinner :)

Honestly?...don't know, don't care....haven't eaten right all day and am in major diabetic fucked-upness....and that makes me just want to sleep, which I can't do either. I'm having a very hard time doing anything, except that I feel like laying down and crying. So.....dinner? Pffft.

I messed up dinner tonight, got distracted... I burnt the chicken legs, I over cooked the corn on the cobb and green beans(they were ok ) :~)

It's Football Sunday, just me and my roomies 9 year old, so I put fish sticks and fries in the oven

I'm not in the mood to cook, and it's too cold for a salad. I think I'll feed the cats!?

made some home made Cajun sausage/shrimp Gumbo with Baguette bread to sop it up with !

Baked chicken with veggies, brown rice, corn with jalopenos, and roasted mini peppers stuffed with jalopeno and yogurt ranch dip (like a popper, sort of). Organic had chocolate pudding for dessert and I'm working on a Tootsie Pop.

I redid the pot roast from yesterday into beef stew,shure was good..a little sweet corn bread on the side made it even better.
