Technically, it was steak, rice and beans and beets but I had a blueberry bagel with whipped butter, oj and turkey patties for lunch so it all evens out in the end.

I'm trying to reign in my life long love and addiction to Albacore Tuna :jester:
So, because I'm gonna go on a bike ride this afternoon, I thought I would chow down on a fuck ton of calories and make my favorite non-Tuna salad and have it on Ritz crackers. I pan sear Quorn's 'Fish' sticks, then chop them all up, add my favorite sweet pickle relish and then vegan mayo, sunflower seeds and chia seeds. I'm stuffed now. Ready to go work it off on my bike ride. |
Breakfast
I only had a coffee and English muffin with blueberry jam. If I am really hungry on morning I want to try a F*** load of something although I think it would be quite a lot. Will have to question google about it.

Steel cut oatmeal with chopped apple, hemp seeds, coconut milk, walnuts. Food prepped yesterday so I’lll munch on this for breakfast till Thursday.

Maple and brown sugar oatmeal with chia seeds, flaxseed, bee pollen, walnuts, almonds, fresh blueberries and almond milk. Oj to drink. Basically it's my working breakfast so I'm eating it 6 days a week now.

Nice way to create a work breakfast, Gemme. I like all the high energy stuff you put into your oatmeal - especially the blueberries.
_______________. I saved back a few of the Polish Stuffed Cabbage Rolls, so I can have them for breakfast fare over the next few days. For breakfast this morning, I warmed up a cabbage roll, then cut it up and put it on top of a small bed of salad greens, and then drizzled my fav Caesar salad dressing over all of it, then topped it off with chopped walnuts and a sprinkling of Chia seeds. Got to have a hardy breakfast for all the chores I need to get done today (laundry, exercise workout, study time). |

a small bowl of freshly cleaned and sliced strawberries, with half a baby sized zucchini sliced up too. And a few organic seeded rye-like crackers (with dried figs and seeds, they're tasty for sure) with a touch of peanut butter on each one (limit was 4 crackers).
Hot herbal tea (Lemon Loaf) and a quart of warm water to sip on (first of four quarts of water for the day). :tea: |
Food prepped yesterday so this week it's oatmeal with cardamom, chia seeds, hemp seeds, unsweetened coconut milk and flakes, walnuts, chopped apple.

Celery juice first then after 30 min. a small bowl of fresh fruit - strawberries, kiwi and banana with a light drizzle of maple syrup, a slice of 7-grain bread toasted with honey and hot chamomile tea.

I am making a late breakfast, right now. I put together a organic Kernel Corn relish consisting of chopped zucchini, kernel corn, chopped sweet peppers and a meatless-meat patty (chopped too) and melting a slice of Chao Field Roast creamy 'cheese'. I am going to put it all inside a tortilla veggie wrap and chow down, soon.

I made two small omelet's for Rico and I. I used egg substitute, vegan non-dairy cheese, baby spinach leaves, and a slice or two of non-meat tofurky to create our delicious breakfast meal. To finish the omelet's, I sprinkled a chia seed and flax seed seeds on top of each omelet. Delish and nutrish. :canadian:

This morning it was a hard boiled egg plus :ratio Keto Friendly Vanilla Yogurt with desiccated coconut, mixed nuts (pecan, walnuts and coconut almonds) and fresh blueberries mixed in. Oj to drink plus water.

Seedless black grapes, Canadian bacon slices, handful of pistachios. Coffee with half-and-half.

It was more like brunch but I had sirloin with sautéed mushrooms, jasmine rice, corn, vinegar beets, yogurt and a halo. Orange juice to drink.

Rico and I shared a homemade Belgian waffle for breakfast after we came back from our morning walk. Orange-Pineapple juice, Italian decaf coffee with heavy coconut cream, and fresh blueberries on the side.

I had a :ratio Keto friendly yogurt with coconut flakes, fresh blueberries and mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans and almonds) mixed in. Orange juice to drink. It's a typical breakfast for me now and I love it. I usually have either vanilla or coconut flavored yogurt.

For breakfast I had a ham sandwich and peanut butter cookies.
