them: stitches?
me: yes

them: are you sure you have stitches?
me: yeah I'm pretty sure
them: hold on a sec
me: waits
them: ok the code they entered said it was for a physical. someone must have entered it wrong
me: yeah, I guess so
them: ok, we will see you at noon to take those stitches out. you're sure you have stitches?
me: yeah I'm sure
them: ok, so when do you want to reschedule your physical for?
