I had a late lunch early dinner at work. It was a frozen Indian dinner. Can't remember the name. The rice was green. Very yummy.
I had popcorn at the bar. Guess that may have been dinner dinner. And beer. Times 2. I live on the edge. |
I am having crock pot beef heart stew made with bone broth from my freezer. After the meat & broth had cooked for a while, I added carrots, greens beans, red & yellow bell peppers, onions, garlic, mushrooms, nettle, thyme, and S&P to taste.

Tempeh with broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots. Sauteed with just a little evoo and salt.

Not exactly the most nutritious meal, but I had mini tater tots, a Cara Cara orange, tart cherry juice, water and gummy bears.

One of my unusual dinner choices: steelcut oatmeal with organic raisins and my new favorite sweetener: Sukrin gold. It tastes just like brown sugar but it has zero calories. It is my new favorite thing.
Oh and a glass of 1% milk. Found the Sukrin on Amazon: "Sukrin Gold is the all-natural zero calorie alternative to brown sugar. Similar in aroma, sweetness and flavour, but with zero carbs, Sukrin Gold can replace all sugar in drinks, cooking and baking and can be used exactly as you would brown sugar." |
I had lunch and it was dinner and it was good.
It was pan fried chicken breast with numerous veggies. I was at the bottom of my supply so I just threw in whatever. I ended up with an Asian theme since I found a lot of stir fry veggies. Added some teriyaki sauce and Asian spice (garlic and ginger mostly). Tasty treats |

I had a sausage link on a piece of bread with mustard.

I tossed in pulled chicken, in my frozen pad thai - it was yummy!

Chicken tenders in a "sour cream and curry seasonings" sauce. The seasoning mix I blended was just right but I could have used more water and sour cream. And I put the sour cream in too early, but still it was good.

I roasted chicken breast so I could make a few different meals with it. Tonight was a thai chicken salad with a toasted sesame dressing. Sugar free Popsicle for dessert.

I made date bars today, which needed tasting at various staging. Once I had them the way I wanted I was full enough that I had no desire for dinner.

God. Today was a tiny bit hellish at work (still thankful for my job mostly!) so I am treating myself to a giant salad and a margarita!

It's trash night, which means I am cleaning out the refrigerator, so I will have leftovers for dinner...but I have mango mousse for dessert. ;)

I went to a Chinese buffet that was near the plates office. I had an errand there.
I had lots of veggies curry chicken, shrimp, and various other goodies. Small piece of cheesecake for dessert and some flan that was not worth the calories, so it stayed on the plate. Sierra mist to drink but I find soda way too sweet now a days... |
A bowl of those new YES soups! It is black bean with red quinoa & some long grain, wild, & red rice thrown in. Maybe a banana sandwich....OR PBJ for dessert! Cause I can...:)
