when I woke up I had a chocolate gram zone perfect nutrition bar. the a couple hours later I had an open faced egg sandwich with chipolte vegan mayo, tomato and spinach...with a side of fresh pineapple and cantaloupe

one decaf coffee, one reg coffee...both with 2% milk, no sugar...a yoghurt and half a banana...i'd eat more if I had a job as a field hand.

I had Fruit Loops. My daughter bought them and they looked wicked good. They were my favorite as a child.
Like most things from the past, it wasnt nearly as good as I remembered. They added marshmallows for gosh sake...why would fruit loops need MORE sugar?? I realized while I was eating them that they contain no nutritional value. Why did my parents feed us that crap?? Now that I'm talking about it....I really want some....sigh |
Organic brown egg scrambled with cashew milk and shredded cheese and half a plate of fresh fruit: mango, sliced strawberries, blueberries and red seedless grapes. I also had chocolate milk to drink.

I had brunch. It was a turkey kielbasa medallions with a steamed veggie mix of cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. I put a little Yum Yum sauce in the bowl and that tied things together nicely. Chocolate milk to drink.

steel-cut oatmeal, chopped apple, chia seeds, walnuts, lots of cinnamon, vanilla extract, unsweetened coconut milk.

Maple and brown sugar high fiber oatmeal, blueberries, chia seeds, walnuts, pecans, cut almonds with almond milk and oj to drink.
