Feeling pretty good, I read a meme today about a small percentage of the population that are fully functional and sleep less than 6 hrs everyday, that is me lol a fully functional zombie

femmeandstrong 08-20-2016 04:59 AM

I feel sunny ... lol...

there is a sunshine coming through the window early morning ...
I have much to be grateful for...
and my heart and I am filled with happy feelings...
and there is fresh brewed java in my cup... hurrah...

today is a good day for a good day

Bèsame* 08-20-2016 10:14 AM

I feel like I have whiplash. Wish I could say I had wild dreams, but I suspect it's from the hair clip I slept with. It's a rather large, pearlized clip, kinda heavy. I totally forgot I still had it in when I went to bed.

But OMG, I'm really surprised this is causing a neck, up the side of my head pain!

I've taken a little green pill, but I need to go take a hot shower next.

Excellent. My son moved into his dorm today and I went and bought plants, baskets, new table cloth, curtains, and very large beautiful pillows. Im gonna grab me a couple movies ,,, and lil somthinsomthin and chill till work monday. I so happy for him. More happy for me!

Feeling rather quiet and introspective this evening. :curtain:

RockOn 08-21-2016 08:21 PM

I feel encouraged! :)

I was outdoors all weekend working, except I had to come in for a few, brief popcorn showers. Here is what I am encouraged about. I did not see one single snake. YAY!! I know there are plenty all over my mostly wooded 2+ acres but getting a whole weekend without a siting is refreshing.

kittygrrl 08-21-2016 08:39 PM

Excited..........

Gayandgray 08-23-2016 02:07 PM

Horrible!!!!!!!:seeingstars: Went to doctor for what I thought was an arthritis flare up, and he says I have "frozen shoulder syndrome", which is a form of tendonitis??????? So he put me on prednisone for a few weeks and is sending me to an ortho doctor for my hands, which I have been dealing with for many years. I have a high pain tolerance so been able to just grin and bear it since the 90's, now however, he thinks I need surgery.:|

nhplowboi 08-28-2016 06:49 AM

Grumpy!!

Yesterday morning my favorite coffee mug (full at the time) fell to the floor and broke into pieces. The coffee mess/clean up was bad enough but I have to say I have had morning coffee out of that mug for over 20 years. I loved that stupid mug!

THEN at 3:20 this morning we get a call from ADT for an alarm at the store. We have only had 4 break-ins in 10 years. Giving that it is a Saturday night, I think this will be legit. Yep, the front door's window is smashed in. That door is rarely used/unlocked because the store's entrance is on the side of the building. Anyway, entry was not gained because the perp didn't know there was a deadbolt on the door. A store neighbor was on his porch across the street at the time and gave a basic description of the perp. Once we arrived at the store, I go to the new (5K$) camera system we have had installed. I start reviewing film footage and for some reason it jumps over the crucial 3 minutes of camera time we need. Our old system, though blurry, gave us a minor description of the perp (tall, thin, dressed in baggy, dark clothing) and that coupled with the neighbor's description (he has a beard and was wearing a beanie) I am thinking we might see an arrest. :police:

I am a firm believer in 3s. I can only hope mug, break-in and camera system add up to 3.

wow...omg... sorry Plow and Bev... that's awful :|

Nattih 08-28-2016 08:17 AM

Annoyed at myself. I kept getting nervous while attempting to snorkle, which caused me to hyperventilate, then have to come back above water. Rinse repeat every 30 seconds. I finally got worn out from the hyperventilating so I stayed on board. I grew up on an island learning how to swim, so my nervousness was completely silly. Oh well, at least what I did get to see of the underwater terrain was pretty.
