A grilled burger with tomatoes and a couple of slices of almond bread that I cooked in the skillet...like fry bread sort of. It was good, but the bread recipe still needs a bit of tweaking in order to say it's great.

I had a bbq platter with pulled pork, coleslaw, steamed broccoli, garlic bread and fried pickles.

Italian sausage sandwiches with that fresh mozzarella cheese left over from pizza night. And tator tots!

Avocado rolls and sesame tofu. Up to my old tricks.

Roasted chicken, spinach sauteed with garlic & olive oil, and marinated tomato, cuke & onion salad w/ fresh basil.

I made whole grain pasta with fresh garlic, butter, meatballs, Parmesan cheese. Banana pudding for dessert.:hangloose:

Frozen Dinner Surprise
(The surprise was, I accidentally picked up chicken and shrimp primavera in the store instead of chicken and noodles. I didn't even notice until I took it out of the microwave and removed the plastic wrap.) |

Whole grain toast with raw almond butter..sprinkled with sunflower seeds...also raw.
It's typically one of my preferred breakfast meals...but I didn't feel like cooking |
Microwaved Jimmy Dean sausage links, a chunk of cheese sawed off a great big block of Tillamook cheddar, LaCroix tangerine flavored sparkling water and some canned, sweetened S&W black cherries for dessert. I have been up working on crafts for hours and hours and now my feet hurt so bad I can't manage much but that. I'm too exhausted to cook or be picky about anything.

Paleo "sushi"- raw nori sheet, spring greens, avocado, carrot sticks, cucumber sticks,green onion, turkey, and a little swiss cheese, with a roasted red bell pepper dip. Roll it, then slice it up and dip it!

I made a stir fry with turkey kielbasa, fresh zucchini and summer squash and frozen peppers. I made a thing of Birds Eye brown and wild rice (which also had carrots and broccoli in it) and mixed it together.
I think I would have been happy with just the kielbasa and veggies. Brown rice has never been my thang |
I don't know but I should figure it out soon before I get over-hungry...
