Tortilla soup from El Pollo Loco. It's a broth-based soup instead of a creamy soup and it's delicious.

I rarely have left-overs, so I decided that tonight was the time to have a little left-overs party, and clean up all those bites.

I made lamb shanks for my son with sauteed broccoli and for me... had a late lunch in Philly (bbq'd seitan sandwich and fresh-made banana rum sorbet), so I see myself noshing a bit later on probably roasted brussell sprouts.

I had grilled chicken breast, broccoli, garden vegetable rice and mac 'n cheese.

Cooked chicken, ramen noodles, corn, brownies.

Nutmeg & Black Pepper risotto with a tiny can of albacore tuna mixed in. It was really good. Will buy that again

I am going to bake a chicken & bacon quiche (crustless), with onions, garlic, red/green bell pepper, zucchini, a little almond milk, shredded cheese, herbes de provence, lavender flowers, orange zest, and a little s&p to flavor.

I had pulled bbq pork, mashed potatoes, steamed string beans, mac 'n cheese and a root beer icy treat.

A thin-cut ribeye with salad. Haven't eaten today so I'll enjoy this steak.

Tonight I am going to cook up a pan of sausage & cabbage, along with any other veggies I decide to throw into the pan. Or maybe I will make a salad to have with the sausage & cabbage, who knows?! :)

I am making a chef salad for me, my roomie, my uncle and his fiancée :-)
it will include: ~> iceberg and romaine lettuce ~> tomatoes ~> cucumber ~> hard boiled eggs ~> cut up steak ~> bacon ~> ranch dressing plus I also got dinner rolls as well, its gonna be great !!!!!!!! |
