I cut in to the "perfect" avocado this morning :). I get deliriously happy when I get a perfect avocado because it just sucks when you get a dud. So anyway, avocado on rye toast and coffee with almond milk was breakfast for me.

I ate....a brownie....and it was GOOD

I had a homemade breakfast taco with egg, potato, and sausage. Yummy!

Pumpkin Spice English Muffin...it is a Limited Edition of this one flavor...with pumpkin spice cream cheese.
I love anything pumpkin, and at this time of year, everything is pumpkin something....:) |
The usual ... oatmeal, chopped apple, walnuts, coconut milk, chia seeds, walnuts, and some toasted unsweetened coconut flakes.
Back to eating well (for me) and losing weight. Now all I have to do is start exercising consistently again. I'll get there :) |
Cheerios Protein with some granola with chia, coconut flakes, and kamut in it...and coconut milk on it.......

I was up early and made myself a decent breakfast for once...
I had fresh eggs over hard with a slice of provolone cheese melted on top A slice of turkey ham on the side French press coffee and water to drink... |
I had two organic eggs, scrambled with almond milk and shredded cheese, fake bacon, chocolate milk and fresh fruit (mandarin orange, strawberries, blueberries and a dollop of whipped topping).

I had my usual blueberries on honey greek yogurt, with a blueberry muffin, on the side. ;)

Today: shredded sweet potato hash with thinly sliced red onion and red bells fried in coconut oil, 1 over medium egg, and 2 green chile sausage.

Just finished a geen juice and later on I'll have a bowl of oatmeal.

So far...a brownie....and water....but I did yoga first....so its ok :)
I want toast and jam...I got this really pretty raspberry/rhubarb jam..but the butter was in the fridge overnight and is too hard to spread |
