A turkey burger and baked beans from Big Mouth.

Jesse 04-10-2017 10:30 PM

Martina 04-10-2017 11:13 PM

Roasted cauliflower. Nice and crunchy.

easygoingfemme 04-11-2017 03:33 PM

So far, a pile of carrots dipped in hummus. I'm sure there will be a round two later on...

Gemme 04-11-2017 04:43 PM

It started with gummy bears and now I'm moving on to mac 'n cheese.

Medusa 04-11-2017 04:50 PM

I just had some leftover quinoa with sundried tomatoes, spinach, feta, and black olives. Filling and yummy but super simple!

Jesse 04-11-2017 05:03 PM

I am making muffin pan roll-ups for my birthday dinner, otherwise known as roses.

They consist of laying out strips of bacon and layering each bacon slice with thin slices of potato, (I prefer sweet potatoes) then topping that with spices and a little cheese of your preference, roll it up, stick it in the pan and top with a little more cheese then bake at 350 for 30 min or until the potato slices are fork tender. Yum! I am going to do some with drained zucchini slices as well.

They do look kind of like roses...BACON roses! :)

Chad 04-11-2017 05:28 PM

Dinner

I am having cereal with banana and buttery toast.

Yummy!

RockOn 04-11-2017 05:48 PM

Nuked 3 corndogs took outside to eat and watch dogs play "ice cube party." All good until I was on my second corn dog, last bite. Then my teeth made contact and scraped the wooden stick. Ugggh! That sends me into orbit. Popsicle sticks provide the same effect. Some people cannot tolerate nails across a chalkboard. Similar type thing.

Anyway, I was done. The last corn dog went into the trash. Now eating sweet rolls with milk and they blew off my cringe. :)

Dinner tonight with a date at a nice but still low key Italian place. Her daughter is coming too ❤️

Was invited to a couple's home for Passover dinner....matzoh ball soup with matza crackers, mixed greens salad, and chicken breast roasted with a matza flour blend dressing, and green beans with almond slivers..... Dessert was an apple crisp with a scoop of pecan praline ice cream.

candy_coated_bitch 04-12-2017 12:17 AM

I had a big lunch so I skipped dinner.

Martina 04-12-2017 12:50 AM

I pinched some ham off the one I bought for Easter.

Roasted broccoli

Fizzy water

Gayandgray 04-12-2017 04:10 PM

I had a hodgepodge of stuff for supper: celery sticks, a small scoop of tuna salad, scoop of macaroni salad, sliced sharp cheese, olives. :koolaid:

Gemme 04-12-2017 04:55 PM

I'm eating a chicken salad sandwich with chicken and dumpling soup and flavored water to drink.

girl_dee 04-12-2017 05:54 PM

girl_dee 04-13-2017 03:29 AM

it may be SUSHI!!!!!!!! :sushi:

easygoingfemme 04-13-2017 06:07 AM

I just made up some batter for Socca so I can cook that up quickly when we get home. Will be that and probably some salad and various toppings for the Socca.

My field goods subscription starts tomorrow and I'm not sure what that will delivered so I haven't stocked up on too much in the house... I love surprise veggie packages!

Martina 04-13-2017 07:02 AM

I fried potatoes and onions and threw in some diced ham.

Gemme 04-13-2017 07:57 AM

I haven't the foggiest clue and I'm fine with that. I'm going to stop off at Dave's (a cross between Trader Joe's and Whole Foods) and scour their prepared foods bars as well as their prepackaged deli section. That's where I found my favorite spinach noodles so I'm going to look for something different today. I'm expanding the horizons of my palate!

Gayandgray 04-13-2017 08:21 AM

Probably pack eggsalad and celery sticks for my brown bag supper at work tonight. Maybe frackers, couple Halo's, peanuts.....

Gemme 04-13-2017 05:02 PM

OMG, it's so darn good! I picked up a fillet of sweet chili salmon with diced macadamia nuts.........SOOOOOOOOOOOO good........and am eating some NE Greek salad with flavored water.

GeorgiaMa'am 04-13-2017 07:19 PM

- pulled pork BBQ with a sweet sauce
- mac and cheese
- smoked sweet potatoes diced and sauteed with kale

RockOn 04-13-2017 07:55 PM

Box of FRIDAYS hot wings. Then a Stouffers spaghetti dinner. And a sweet roll. Three milks.

It is great to enjoy food again. Last week when I was on that antibiotic (CIPRO) that nearly killed me, nothing tasted right ... which was ok I guess since I lost most of what I tried to eat anyway.
