Mom and I are having snacks and drinks. On the grill I have ribs, corn, and sausage. We have potato salad in the fridge. Angel food cake with strawberries for dessert.

This is not even Easter food. Stay tuned haha!

I'm working the next 4 days so I will be brown bagging it. Probably a sandwich, or peanuts, fruit, salad???? Who knows......

I'll have to find an axe and see what's down there in the freezer.

I'm not sure, but I think beef and broccoli over brown rice

I ended up didn't have to go into work, so it was a big chef salad.

We had brisket, coleslaw, potato salad, and beans. Wine to drink.

Baked breaded chicken, shaved brussel sprouts, probably some mashed potatoes or corn. I'v been eyeing pepperoni pizza roll-ups on Pinterest but I don't think I've convinced the boyfriend.

Sitting at PizzaHut waiting on a large thin crust (cooked dark and crispy) Supreme pizza. Oh boy, I am excited about this pizza. And the manager is a hottie. Would like to take her home too. ;)

Taking it home ... had to drive to my big city (blink and you miss it) for lawnmower sparkplug and a few bags of 50 lb Quickrete concrete mix.

ooooooo...a delicious haddock with pepper sauce!! Lord it was divine!

Surprise date night resulted in PF Chang's sesame chicken, chicken pad thai, roasted brussel sprouts and garlic noodles.

More perogi. This time kraut and mushroom. Very good.

It's just me, so I'm going to have a very late supper type of brunch: Four egg omelet with caramelized sweet onions and cloves of garlic; roasted artichoke hearts and roasted Brussel sprouts; evoo brushed toasted spelt bread; warm cashew, peanut, almond butter spread (for the toast). Mango-pineapple-guava juice, water, and hot herbal tea.

Chocolate mousse for dessert. :stillheart:

Haha! Mom and I had the rack of lamb, green beans, and mashed potatoes for lunch. I packed up all the leftovers including the ribs and some frozen dishes for her to take home. :)

(Came in from mowing lawns at dark ... still not finished. Another 45 minutes of daylight would have been all I needed to finish but I had to pick up freaking pine cones and limbs for 45 minutes BEFORE I could begin mowing. Needed something fast to eat!)

I wasn't hungry so I'm having a vodka seltzer with grapefruit.

Poached salmon and steamed spinach. Iced tea with lemon to drink.

Leftover PF Chang garlic noodles with added garlic, sauteed diced chicken breast simmered in sweet chili sauce and a side of shaved brussel sprouts.

I finished mowing the backyard after work. Took babies on walk before I did the grass ... than another one after I finished lawn and feeding them their dinner.

It is too hot and humid to eat anything much.

I had to go get some tests run, so I rewarded myself with a late lunch/early dinner at my favorite diner. I had my favorite meal there -- Reuben and fries. Iced tea to drink.
