I went out to eat and was served a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon cheddar cheese and onion rings on top of it. Oh and barbeque sauce. Klondike bar for dessert. And I did not have to do anything for it.....:byebye:

i made Shepherd's Pie tonite with home made biscuit topping. ( didn't feel like cutting out the biscuits so just laid the dough on top of everything and covered it with cheese before i baked it. )

Tonight I made a huge taco salad minus the cheese and the shell, so I guess you'd call it a taco salad bowl. I added grated mushrooms and red bell pepper along with a garden fresh tomato and the last of my homemade salsa.

Even though it is hot outside I have a craving for some homemade baked potato soup with real bacon and onions...since it only takes an hour or so I do think I am getting out the cutting board and red potatoes

There will even be left overs mmmm even better tomorrow

Strange....I posted here a half hour ago and seems it never posted.....so here I go again.....

I made pizza for supper.
- Naan bread
- pizza sauce
- pepperoni
- chicken
- olives
- shredded marble cheese
- parmesan cheese

Cook at 400 F for 12 minutes........YUUUUMMMM!!!!

EXCELLENT PIZZA!!!!!!

I was still full from a late lunch with my mom and brother...so I had a salad...and Teddy had the same eggplant parm I had the other day.... It will make for a good lunch tomorrow :)
