Homemade chicken tamales. Delivered while they were still warm, by someone that's always watching out for me. Lucky me!

Dinner out, I had a big salad with lump crab meat, avacado, and lots of veggies. A margarita to drink.

In an effort to loose a little weight I havent been eating dinner,
instead I have had one main meal at lunch time and chopped fruit and yogurt late afternoon. Its working, my waist band is looser already so today my meal will be a large salad, new potatoes and some prawns. |

It was going to be chicken and rice but I decided we needed popcorn and ice cream for OITNB binge and he has decided he is buying pizza for us too (so, junk food 🤗 )

I had half of a Mediterranean spinach wrap, one Smarties roll, 5 fresh strawberries, flavored water and a Tootsie Pop.

We went out for pad thai. I had the veggie with lots of veggies and tofu in it :)

Pasta salad that I made yesterday. It was really good after marinating all day. I added grilled chicken and made cheese toasted under the broiler, with provolone cheese.
