I am having eggs baked with cream and fresh chives and finished with a little truffle oil, a sliced heirloom tomato with sea salt, a toasted mini whole wheat bagel, and another triple espresso! This is my birthday weekend and I intend to start right!

Ok guys...I'm real confused...will someone explain turkey sausage and bacon. Those are both pig product how on earth does a turkey produce bacon?

Sausage and hot dogs and bacon are not strictly pig. There are beef/chicken/turkey/tofu hot dogs, for example. You can make them out of pretty much any animal. Turkey just happens to not only be very tasty but be lower in fat, cholesterol, calories, etc.

This morning, it's leftover pizza for me. Nom nom. Mushrooms, black olives and pepperoni sprinkled with crushed red pepper flakes. :tease:
