kale salad, grilled kale, stewed kale, kale soup, kale salsa, kale protein shake, kalefurkey, and gluten-free kale muffins for dessert.

Who knew there were so many uses for Kale, I think Orema even has a recipe for kale chips if I'm not mistaken

I am having an Italian Sub with pickles and chips. Yummy!

A veggie burger with French fries, a diet coke, and ice cream for dessert.

One pound of Pistachio nuts. CIJS They are my fav food, and there is no reason on God's green Earth why they should cost ten dollars a pound :(

I love pistachios too and rarely get them because I can rarely justify the price! It's crazy.

I had lunch with my work friend. I had pecan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and tomato salad. My friend had the fried catfish.

A cheese sandwich and cole slaw. A bit of a chocolate bar for dessert.

I had yogurt with frosted flakes on top a bottle of pop to go with it.

OK I made my first official "green smoothie" and I must say it's not just good, it's DAMN good! This is what I used:
2.5 cups of power greens
1 fuji apple diced
1 cup cashew milk
1 TBS fresh almond butter
4-5 dates
Then let the blender whirr for longer than I thought it needed. Voila lunch of champions! I do believe I will try it again, sometimes I just get tired of salads :)

Steel cut oatmeal with a chopped apple, chia seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes and milk, walnuts, cinnamon, vanilla extract.
