The last of the blueberry stuffed French toast casserole. It was a hit on Christmas morning, as it was this morning!!

More like brunch- corned beef hash with two med. over eggs. Coffee.

Greek yogurt with berries. Definitely missing my granola…but it hit the spot.

Pumpkin pie Pop-Tart and coffee, minus a couple of my usual vitamins, because I forgot to order them over the holidays! :(

I had a chicken cutlet, a banana, and a mug of coffee with milk and sugar. It was very satisfying.

I had the last of the bread pudding with bourbon sauce (It was 5 o'clock somewhere)

baked oatmeal w chia, sliced banana, almonds, dried cranberries, a, spoon of coconut yogurt w. a splash of almond milk

Italian spicy sausage crumbles, pan seared with blueberries and light sprinkles of chia seeds. Half slice of plant based bread, enriched with seeds, and pan toasted with evoo…. Then, topped with avocado. Delish!!

Oatmeal with raspberries, banana, cinnamon and maple syrup.
Toast with peanut butter. Lemon Balm tea. Water. (for my vitamins and supplements) |

A cup of sweet kale salad dressed with evoo and freshly squeezed wedges of orange. Two soft boiled eggs. A big glass of water.

I pretty much eat the same thing every day in some shape or form.
Two eggs, turkey or chicken sausage. Today was fried eggs with cheese, jalapeño sauce from TJs and also their crunchy spicy onion seasoning. Handful of grapes on the side. Ethiopian French press coffee with a splash of creamer. |

I strayed from my usual eat-the-right-food today and instead of having a healthy breakfast, I took some cut up (4 small sections) of cinnamon roll dough and put them in the waffle iron and had one big gooey waffle… with real butter and real maple syrup. I even had a small glass of milk too.

I’m not a big breakfast eater, but I’ve been loving protein shakes from the Flavcity brand. I got a sampler to see what flavors I particularly like. Thus far, I love the vanilla latte and strawberry and cream. Yum!

I ate breakfast today because I was coming to the ER and didn't know how long I'd be here. I had a grilled cheese and some rice left over from last night's dinner.
