I still have mine from other swaps (3 of them) You can really do anything you want to them. Paint, clay, markers, stickers, cut them(be careful) decorate them etc. If you do a search for altered tins you will be able to see what others have done. They are awesome. |

I would like to know, if anyone would be interested in helping me with a project? I am opening a resale store for plus sized women's clothes. I saw a photo on another thread of a wall sign and I would LOVE to have this in my store. But I need people who can make one or two of the letters, and combined, a version of this could hang on my wall!

thank you Pure Pisces and also, Clay Baby who sent me a rep that said hy would like to help too! I am so thrilled! I am measuring the wall of my store on friday and will be able to determine the height and width of each letter.
I want women to walk into my store and see this as soon as they walk in! We dont have to and shouldnt follow the exact fashion of the way they did these letters so I give you artistic freedom! Quote:

I have not been in my store yet. The landlord hasnt done the repairs he said he was going to and even tho I have a key now, I cant move things in until he gets them done because they will spoil the clothes if they are there when the work is being done.
In saying that I havent gotten the measurements for the signage.I have appts with consigners this week so I best be able to get in to do that. I am so frustrated. Add to the mess that chrissy hit his head and had a concussion. I have been watching over him, while he fights me about medical care. I missed getting the showcases I needed to pick up because of it because the guy who had them was an ass. He wouldnt hold them and oh well. More will come. grump grump grump.... for those who are waiting for measurements, I am so sorry..soon...I promise... |

I finally got it! He steamed my rugs and is putting in a whole new toilet and has moved most of his stuff out of there...thank heavens! LOL. Now I need to focus on moving in and this sign!
So the measurements are 90" long and 50" high for where this sign goes. Do not try to match colors. Do as you will for whatever you sign up for. I know Claybaby wants to do the letter BEAU. So the rest are up for grabs. Who else would like to do this? I want the Scrapbook and crafting thread to organize it here if thats ok with everyone.
