i know one good tip....... olive oil ... instead of butter, other oils... i been getting this stuff. half real butter and half olive oil.. its pretty good. anyways...... hope you get to feeling better soon. |

Gail, YAY for sleeping in.. woohooo! if you do go out, be careful.. we're supposed to have similar weather here. tonight we're getting snow,and followed by rain & freezing rain, through night & tomorrow, so yuck on slush and ice.. the ice and i are NOT friends.. *rubs the bumps and bruises all over me* LOL. have a great day! HD, have fun putting the treadmill together, wish i could get one here for home. i'm in an apartment and i'm on the upstairs level, so it would probably make too much noise for them downstairs, unless there is some way to eliminate that *shrugs* have a great day! cody, fun on the healthy cooking class, hoping you are feeling well enough to go, good luck with the doctor today! Zimmy, yay on the power walk, that's awesome.. and nice on seeing the bunny & the hawk.. often when i'm out walking i'm seeing different animals too lol.. usually on my early morning walks to work.. i've seen deer, a fox, groundhog, raccoons, and dang skunks, eesh! MS, i love cooking with olive oil too.. i get the extra virgin olive oil, and do all my cooking with that, love it! |

think im feeling better doc gave me some kind of med i take for 10 days. stayed in bed most of yesterday. i seem to be feeling a lil better.. thanks for asking.

well ..... looks like friday morning ... i have to head up to toronto pick up a load and head tooooooooooooooooooooooo the History museum in . NYC...by sunday night... well for monday morning.. im thinking ill have to camp out somewhere along the way. dont think they will let me camp out at the museum.. heh i love museums....... i may see if i can hang out there a lil bit monday, if i can park out of the way of anything.. and go sight seeing in there.. :) |
