My throat aches just a little bit, but having the energy, and more importantly, the desire, to work out for a total of 30 minutes, made me smile :)

A surprise phone call a great way to start out my work day.
Being able to defuse an escalated call at work. Messages throughout the day. Speaking with my father and brother on the phone. The start of my weekend. |
Libby and i are at a pizza place in downtown Chico as i look at her it dawns on me the her hair looked like it was in two different era's the right side was all straight and looking its from 2013
then you look at the left side and BAM! 1980's hair band hair. i tried to get her to wet it down before we left the house. she just tossed her perry the platter puss ball cap on instead.. i LOVE how neither one of my girls are girly girls.. actually if you saw my oldest daughter spinnin her sign in Chico you wouldn't know if she was a boy or a girl.. she is just "her" peacefully. and you know all her friends are pretty much the same way. kinda cool <3.. |
A new family on the Kitten Cam at the Critter Room. Ladies and gentlebutches, I give you the The Cosmonaut Kittens....
Laika, the Torbie Momcat was left pregnant on someone's doorstep. She's probably not a feral, since she arrived in good shape and knows very darn well what chin skritches and pets are for! Babies are as follows: Yuri: little orange and white boy Valentina: black with faint orange splotches. We think she's going to be a dark torbie like Momcat. Boris and Pavel are the black boys. I believe Boris is the larger one, but don't quote me on that. The kittens were born on Valentine's Day! They're two weeks old now, and we get to watch them through the growing up, weaning, socialization and adoption process! It's an awesome journey! As darling as the babies are, I totally have the grabby hands for Laika. She's beautiful! And that's what made me smile today. |
Watching the momma cat and kittens maryam just posted! Oh my gosh...I want them all! :)

Little messages about projects and sharing thoughts, getting out of the house to play pool, knowing there's a confidently adorable queer womyn a few feet away and thinking she's glancing my way, watching her for just a second and wondering what she's what's on her mind before sending her a drink to be casually friendly, fun conversations with strangers & running into people I know, $1 shots and $2 mixed drinks, singing karaoke badly but making a lot of bar friends LOL
Coming home and getting back into pjs, relaxed and tipsy as I pull back the covers and get ready to crawl into bed before floating into a deep sleep. Knowing that I will likely have good dreams and when I wake up it will be time to head to the market to promote my project. |

YUMMY! seeing all the Easter stuff out..i love the fact that spring is right here... but it makes me real squeeky about fire season.. we got the phone call for ball.. first practice is monday...woohoo! she tried on her cleats from just 9 months ago damn kid why do they gotta grow? speaking of grow..got some seeds but i can't grow them... thinking i will plant some butterfly bushes and them big ole flowers that look like fried eggs.. we have almond trees all around looking as beautiful as can be with bees zooming all around them doing there job.. i hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday <3 |

Today is our sixth year anniversary! :rrose: Also, as of today, I have not consumed any meat or fish in eighteen days! Good stuff. Oh, and also my future wife, Rachel Zoe, is back on tv, my world is now complete :D |
A hot cup of coffee to instantly pique your senses, thinking about conversations with friends and energy shared, finding lots of great deals at the farmers market, getting complimented on my barber skills, getting to see new friends again and knowing your creativity put a smile on their face, having a laugh with my boss after a walk in the sunshine, lebanese food for lunch and coming back to find a message from last night.
Did I mention floating in vibrant but calm energy and daydreams while I multi task and work on my projects and organizing tasks for today? |
Noticing Wendypooh's cow print leggings and awesome black patent Doc Marten's. She looked cool. It was her 10th clean time birthday too.
