fettuccine alfredo with broccoli and semi shredded chicken breast

the alfredo sauce is made with greek yogurt


the recipe comes from Rocco Dispirito's "Now Eat This" cookbook.

Tonight is a toss up. It could be sausage with sauted peppers and onions (very likely) or alfredo (less likely) or take out (unlikely).

tim tams are a type of sandwich cookie very common in the uk and austrailia. i'm rather fond of the black forest flavored ones :D
