fettuccine alfredo with broccoli and semi shredded chicken breast

the alfredo sauce is made with greek yogurt

the recipe comes from Rocco Dispirito's "Now Eat This" cookbook.

Tonight is a toss up. It could be sausage with sauted peppers and onions (very likely) or alfredo (less likely) or take out (unlikely).

would have never guessed LoL :p actually yea stewed tomatoes are awesome substitute for eggplant if done right

I just got back from the farmes market where I got some of the best baby yellow squash ive seen in a while..skip the salad im cooking the squash for me.
