Hey Rocks, it's a juice made primarily from green veggies. My favorite one is Emerald Bliss from a local place. The ingredients in Emerald Bliss are: celery, apple, spinach, kale, parsley and ginger. I used to make it daily but I now drink one from a company that uses kale (black and green), parsley, collard greens, dandelion greens, green chard, green leaf lettuce, green apple. It's really good and it pretty much looks like this:

A good base for green juice is celery and cucumbers. Both yield a lot of liquid when juiced and taste good (IMO), though I'm not drinking a lot of cucumbers these days.

If you decide to try it, try to find some that's freshly squeezed opposed to juice that's pasteurized.

Dinner for breakfast today because I'm lazy and just wanted to heat something up. I'm having a chunk of chuck roast cooked in the slow cooker with yummy seasoning and bbq sauce plus Greek pasta salad and a small bowl of fresh blueberries and clementine segments and chocolate milk to drink.

cinnamongrrl 12-27-2015 09:00 AM

Honey wheat English muffin with peanut butter, a sprinkle of super seeds and a sliced banana...coffee was needed and adored by my body...

A bagel with vegan cream cheese & carrots and mashed potatoes.

cinnamongrrl 01-02-2016 05:53 PM

I sauteed frozen pepper blend in some butter, added 3 scrambled eggs and some fresh spinach at the very end just as the eggs were setting up...served it with fresh ground pepper and some hot sauce. Toast on the side...

cinnamongrrl 01-03-2016 06:45 AM

I usually make pancakes for breakfast on Sundays I'm off...but I happen to know I'm all out of milk.. and my kid didn't buy the just add water bisquik when she went to the store before she left for Mass... so... I don't know.. maybe more french toast...with turkey sausage. But I may suffice with toast and jam. My client got me some jam from Maine. Its something called Marion Berry. Its very good. Just foreign to me. I lived in New England my whole life and never ran into a marion berry.. that I knew of..

Gemme 01-03-2016 12:35 PM

I had NY dinner for breakfast: greens, mashed potatoes, black eyed peas and a little piece of ham steak. Dessert was fresh blueberries and strawberries with a healthy dollop of no sugar added whipped topping. The last of the vanilla mint milk to drink.
