It's midnight. My tummy is rumbling hardcore. There is no food in the house because I haven't shopped yet. lol, so I don't know, but I do know that can't mean anything good....

Last night's dinner was a pot of beans and rice,then I fixed some yeast rolls while I was puttering around in the kitchen...must have been really good cause I dont have a bean left nor rice.
Tonight( monday) I am cooking a pork roast with apples and cranberries with a special seasonings I like to comoplement the roast.Wrap real tight with a coupla of layers of thick foil then bake at 325 till done.The side dishes will be a veggie with a salad of some sort. |

Yesterday, I made a big pot of chicken & sausage gumbo, served over rice of course with a blob of potato salad right in the middle :)
Tonight, we're going super easy... chicken pot pies (yeah the yummy frozen ones) and a garden salad |

Red's the griller in the family. We are having filets, baked potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, and a salad.

Vacation calls for time to try new things! Creamy mushroom fettuccine. With, cream, white wine, cremini mushrooms, and fresh parm cheese. |

I had Domino's. They were the closest to me but I'm not impressed. I'm a Pizza Hut girl at heart.
Anywho, I had their 'handmade' pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms amd some parmesan bites dipped in marinara. The pizza had too much cheese and the bites were slightly burnt on the bottom. |

Can of Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup and milk. Bowl of KIX cereal and milk for dessert. The babes had leftover chicken breasts (not much left) and then dog food. They had some KIX too.
Everyone at my house is full and ready for bed. :) It will take me all of five minutes to fall asleep. |

Prawn korma with rice. Might make some onion bhajis to go with it if I can muster the enthusiasm.

I'm more of a handtossed person, but the thin crust is not bad. I've found that they have the proportions right. Papa John's puts too much sauce and Domino's puts too much cheese. When I was a kid, Friday was always pizza night and I'd watch Saturday morning TV with my leftover Mountain Dew and pizza. Good times! |
