Curried chicken medallions and cauliflower rice.

A bowl of grape nuts cereal with almond coconut milk.

Tuna mixed with sweet relish, mayo then chopped onion and celery, piled on a hoagie bun with pickle on the side. Water to drink then a orange for desert.

Microwave popcorn.

:sushi: and seaweed salad...I can only hold 4 pieces of sushi now...:) and about 2 teaspoons of the seaweed salad...BUT that is a good thing!!!

I made myself a Vietnamese iced coffee. Ms bought me the little stainless steel maker with the filter. I love it, because I don't waste coffee this way. Honestly, I tried to use up the leftover coffee for cooking but there is only so many brines and marinades I can make room for.

The Plan Was BLT's But...
I'm out of lettuce - I guess imagining it's in the fridge doesn't make it so. I got the tomato part right, it is in there but how long it's been in there I don't know. It will still be okay for stewing but past its sandwhich prime. The mayo seems fresh, however I am running low and my neighbor informed me she's gifting me a whole mess of potatoes and I might need it for potato salad so change of plans as follows -
Grilled bacon and cheese sandwich, purple seedless grapes, corn chips and a Dasani unsweetened, lime flavored sparkling water. Everything turned out good :) and it is so yummy! |
I ate at my fave place since I had to work tonight all of a sudden...
I had a fantabulous jerk chicken in a Gouda cheese sauce with that cork screw pasta and heaps of veggies (mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash and fire roasted tomatoes) Garlic natty bread on the side |
