Actually, nothing.
:blink: I know; I'm as astounded as you. I ran errands and did stuff and didn't get home until after 8pm. Not a lot of time before bed. BUT Now, I'm getting hungry but it'll latch onto my hips and thighs, so I am going back and forth. Right now, there's water. Water's good. :blink: I'll keep telling myself that. |

Tomatoes I had a nice Asian salad with shrimp for lunch. But dinner was kind of simple, as it often is. |
Wishing the mushroom pie wasn't all gone! It was so good. Oyster and Baby bellas in a stock with thyme, sage, and rosemary cooked in a cornmeal crust. We used to make it with more of a bechamel sauce but my daughter got creative while cooking. Not only was it awesome but I got to come home from work and have dinner waiting for me. This having the kid home for the summer is pretty sweet.
I think tonight will be a flax/almond meal crusted haddock and salad... or it might be a new dish I've been making of shrimp cooked in coconut milk with spicy stewed tomatoes served over basmati and topped with chopped cilantro... |
Dinner
I am having a pepperoni pizza with black and green olives, onions, peppers from my garden, and extra cheese. A margarita to drink.

I had a cheeseburger with bacon, and fries, along with possibly the best ginger beer I've ever had, made by Fever-Tree.

I am making spicy meatloaf with roasted veggies using rosemary from my garden. Mikes Hard Lemonade to drink.

I'm making this for the first time. Greek lemon chicken skewers and crispy Greek lemon smashed potatoes. Too much lemon? We'll see how they turn out.

I made zucchini two ways.
Pan seared parmesan zucchini steaks and zucchini spaghetti is marinara. |

I had UberEats bring my lunch, I had a 20% off coupon so i tried it out and it was fabulous... my total was $16.00.. i ordered a Poke bowl from a local place and OMG it was delicious, i can’t wait to have it again! Raw Tuna,Salmon, Shrimp on a bed of lettuce and rice with pineapple, ginger, avacado, seaweed salad, sesame, snow crab SO YUMMY! |
dinner will be leftovers of large coconut shrimp; salad and one piece of Andes mint

I had soup with bacon and cheddar Cheez-Its and ice cream. No wait. That was lunch. I had watermelon salad that was a little overdressed. None for tomorrow, though, as I used the last of the feta tonight.

I rise early with the birds, so I've just had my salad for supper.
Romaine bed of lettuce, blackberries (on the side), julienned carrots, two 6-minute eggs (sliced), roasted peas, Chia seeds, sesame sticks, and a light drizzle of my home made salad dressing. For dessert (in about two hours, lol), I'm having an delicious protein bar (caramel fudge). It's my 'candy' and it hits the spot nicely. :eyebat: |

Potatoes O'Brien minus all the good stuff because I'm down to potatoes, onion and garlic powders. Scrambled eggs, peanut butter cookies for dessert. Nothing to drink but maybe some peach tea later.

Ate dinner at park whilst listening to a new to me band. Got a salad from Salad Works which was comprised of a romaine/iceberg lettuce mix, roasted butternut squash, roasted brussel sprouts, broccoli, black olives and sunflower seeds. Topped off with an apple cider vinaigrette. No roll. Water to drink.

The new roommate insisted I dont eat my own dinner. As they are smoking a pig tonight. Hmmmm ok. Twist my arm
