On my way home a phone call from my daughter she was calling because she got up early before school just to talk to me on my way home :police: she said that Desd had told her to try to call me before 730 so that she doesn't wake me up like she had done the day before:blink: So I got to talk to my goose while I drove home and she was still in her bed she told me about her day and how she is taking state tests today:phonegab: she is amazing this goose of mine growing up so fast yet still my little girl and very excited to come spend the weekend with us :bunchflowers:

So many things but if I must narrow it down....
The first roses in my yard unfurling in the warm sunshine. Taking note of all the little buds of potential waiting for their moment to shine.
The sound of a faint little knock on the front door where I discovered a neighbor boy of 7 asking if he gave me his allowance ($3.57) would I let him pick some of the tulips in my yard for his grandmother. She is coming to visit for his birthday tomorrow and he wanted to surprise her. The look on his little face when I led him to the backyard and showed him over 100 tulips still in bloom and watching him fill and extra vase I had full of the red, yellow and white flowers. (That is one lucky grandma.) Leaving work early to start preparing the beds for the summer bulbs. Thinking about the steaks, corn and asparagus that will go on the grill for dinner tonight. Katniss~~(my cup is so full I'm drinking from the saucer....) |
My new shoes are so comfy....ahhhhhhhhh :)

A phone call at work. I was telling a lady about a signal that came through on her alarm system; it was a low battery
the lady responds " So... what do i do? Is this one of those things that I tell my husband and he fixes it?" I busted laughing on the phone, didnt even have time to mute myself. This is a rare thing for me, for someone to get me to laugh on the phones. |

Many things actually but three things especially
The pic my girl took of me and Riley if my hair was not so obvious hat hair I would post it in the gallery as proof that my girl has to get by Riley to Me Being able to make my girl laugh even when she did not want to. Being very very grateful that I am a galaxy away from a dear friend of mine that threatens me with her sizes 9s daily lol |
It's been a good week,my practis games and spot work have gone well at the pool hall annnnd the flea meds I got for my fur kids is working very well unlike the other kind I tryed.If the rest of the week contenues this way all will be very well with big smiles.
