My dear Moxie is still asleep...I hope she is a lot happier now that I have been sleeping in the bedroom the past couple days. She is quick to get into "her" spot behind my knees. And she hasn't been hissing at Foss. In fact a couple of times I've seen her and him touching slightly while they sleep. Cute!

This will sound weird no matter how I word it, so, what the hell, I moved into my new place with one female cat, I now have two, but not very many people see my other cat, as she's a ghost kitty. She teases my cat endlessly, jumping beside her and playing with her tail when she's asleep, I've seen my cat jump two foot in the air on so many occassions now, they now play together too, so I get my cat running around like a lunatic after a cat I only ever catch out the corner of my eye, I know I'm not crazy because the other day Mum yelled at me that Tiggs (the living princess of the household) had just run outside, when she was sat next to me on the arm of my chair purring away...
Mind you, at least I'm only feeding one of them and they happily share all the bits of plastic that Tiggs has adopted as her favourite toys, so it's not all bad.
Well, until they choose to play chase over and around me when I'm sleeping :seeingstars:

I was going to start a pet thread, because I know there are probably a lot of people sick to death of me gushing over my fur kids, but I found this thread!!!

So, I have a question...Have any of you arrived at work, wondering what that was rustling around in your pocket, pulled it out, and found yourself holding poop bags? This has happened to me twice already!

Since Chessie has become a part of my household, I have begun discovering entirely new hazards. Today's learning moment...Do not toss the slobber ball in such a way that it flies over the cup you are drinking out of...:| Just no.

Chessie was so bored today, and trying hard to get my attention, that he brought me a box of tissues. That was just too damn adorable. I love him.

I would prefer that over the vomitting that Paco's been doing today. He finally did it enough that Amber joined in.

We think he's eating the plants in the parlor.

Amber's 17 so she can do anything she darn well pleases.

dogs and their owners

I watched this show on television about dogs, and they mentioned how certain breeds of dogs attracted certain kinds of people, which I found quite interesting. So, I did some googling and found this article about it, saying:

According to the study:

Happiest - Yorkshire terrier
Richest - Pug
Most dedicated (in terms of time) - Chihuahua
Most dedicated (in terms of money) - Dalmatian
Most educated - Golden retriever
Biggest rockers - French bulldog
Believe their dog knows what they're thinking - French bulldog
In a relationship but looking to get out of it - Bulldog
Happily Married - Pug
Single - Labrador
Owns a sports car - Dalmatian

and

Curiously, while I did not specifically own the "Yorkshire terrier", the two dogs that I have owned and loved were both of the terrier kind.
