Today I will be healthy. I will be joyfully active in my physical self as well as my emotional and spiritual self. I will continue to celebrate the sheer beauty that is my life. I am blessed beyond any self-imposed boundaries.

Today, I will not let the negativity of circumstances get to me. I will remember that this too shall pass and that I have been through worse in my life. I will remember what it is I came out here to do. I will stay focused on my mission and won't let the negative overcome the positive.
