Waking hym up with kisses and coffee...instead of hym waking me first.
The cats (I swear they hallucinate) playing with different panes of glass. Poodleboy's expressive face, and his attempts to hide when I get out the antibiotic ointment for his ear. The sound of the tree frogs, because I know we'll have babies all over the deck soon. |
Waking up to the thought that there are only 5 more days until I can kiss her, touch her, hold her.

What made me smile today...
Was a funny message left by a friend. It just tickled me and still makes me smile when I think about it. Jeeze. Sometimes it doesn't take much to amuse me. *Lol and smh

My grandmothers baby spoon was just handed down to me. Going to make a piece of jewelry with it. Goodness, just calculated, it's 103 years old. Such a treasure:) |
a total of 12 baby chickies.. they only had 4 more Rhode Island Reds so the rest are Americanas (lil blue ones) ...everybody's huddled on top their hot rock...sweet tiny babies ... won't be long and we'll be gathering fresh eggs.

At first I paused and blinked... In a good way. Usually I only pause in blink cause i'm amazed at what people say. But to catch me off guard in a good way is uncommon. I was definately caught off guard last night.
Sometimes the sweetest things are that people are greatful that you're in their life. |

Jody....one of the PCTs....brought me a donut. :-) She is always doing things for me....all in all...ive met some great people at that hospital...im going to miss them when i leave. :-(
