Tonight I am cooking a roast,then real mashed taters with gravy.I use the instant gravy in the small envelopes cause it has little calories and only six carbs,it makes about a cup and a half.

tonight it was cajun & cracked pepper mix burger, wit' tasty cheese...

I'm in a grazing mood so I am having chilled dolmas stuffed with lamb, rice, zucchini, eggplant and spices. A few cubes of Asiago cheese straight off the wheel, cracked colossal green olives, and a couple of slices of green tomato. This is likely one of my favorite meals.

On Friday night we had chicken pot pie,home made,it's the only way I can cook now.Tonight I have no clue as of yet.

Grilled New York Strip, creamed spinach and sliced tomatoes

I broiled filet mignon steaks with a coarse sea salt/crushed black pepper rub, on the rare side; baby spinach salad with cucumber, avocado and a homemade french vinaigrette, and haricot vert (al dente).

I basically justified the red meat by surrounding it with all things green. :)

I'm going totaly off my normal meal plan tonight.We are having cheese burgers & baked fries,with all the fixings of course .

some god awful frozen orange chicken stuff ... blahhh
