I know, right? Onions are great and Ga. has vidalia ones. Kids are crazy eaters (she told me when she gets married she wants to have Kraft macncheese at the reception) but then I didn't like asparagus until I was an adult and now I love it grilled and wrapped in prosciutto.

How to upload a pic to the thread

Ok, so....I'm wanting to post a picture of food, but I am not seeing how to do this. I can post a link on the web, but how do I upload a picture from my computer, or is that just not possible? Or is it because I am still so new that I haven't earned enough "credits" or something?

I figured out how to do it to my personal gallery, but the threads...are a whole new ballgame. Any help appreciated. :)

It is very tasty! Just take the tender asparagus (thin stalks) and make small little bundles, wrap them up in slices of prosciutto and put them in a grill basket over a *charcoal* grill. Yummy!

Slight derail;

I think the reason many folks don't like certain foods is because they have never had it prepared properly. The first time I had asparagus was from a can which is such a terrible first introduction to what really is a wonderful veggie.

My own parents never eat anything even remotely different from their meat and potato diet and are afraid to try anything outside their comfort zone. Such a pity because Indian and Vietnamese dishes are some of my favorites and it pains me when someone won't even try something (food allergies aside of course).
