Last night it was a T bone with 2 eggs cottage cheese and home fries
So tonight I think I will cut up some kielbasa saute it with peppers onions garlic and mushrooms served over some Japanese rice.... |

It's "fridge night" for me, meaning tomorrow is trash pickup so I will eat leftovers tonight, then clean out the fridge and toss any other leftovers at that point.

Scratch the leftovers, I'll eat them tomorrow night. I scrolled up and saw folks talking about Happy Family, so of course I had to put my order in. Love that stuff! Shrimp, crab, chicken, roast pork and lots of veggies...what's not to love!

Nuked a box of two Stouffer's stuffed bell peppers, milk to drink, ice cream for dessert ...
Snacking on wheat thins and drinking a coke now. Almost there. :) |
