I give my emotions, feelings, mistakes, and painful memories over to my higher power to handle. I walk in faith and stay focused only on what my higher power wants for me, and that is prosperity.

I will walk my joyful path. I will maintain my sorrows in my own hula hoop but release my gratitudes and joys so that they may touch others. I am a being of light and love.

I have everything I need. I am rich beyond my wildest dreams.

You will get past this, even in reality.

I will develop an attitude of Perseverance. I will try, try again, and try one more time. I will not let the small (or big) stuff get me down.

I believe in myself. I can do anything!

Today I will celebrate my new year's eve. I will renew my sense of wonder. I will refresh my sense of place. I will remember my loved ones who have crossed the Veil. I will find one full minute today to pause and renew my spirit. I will breathe in strength and courage and breathe out anxiety and fear

I will make a list of the essentials in my life and pin that list where I can see it today. Making and reading the list will help me stay focused on what is essential and what I need to let pass by without attaching importance or emotions to it.

I trust that the highest good is taking place for me and all others concerned.

Today I will value myself as a healthy individual. I will do things that emphasize my health such as read good books, eat good foods, walk more than I normally do.

Today is a beautiful day. I am a vibrant, beautiful woman. I accept love and joy. I expect love and joy. I create love and joy. Pass it on. Seek joy, y'all.

I will stop and replace all stressed or negative thoughts that pop into my head today with positive ones. I choose to create a new storyline for my day.

I will express my anger and pain in safe ways that don't involve others. I will allow those emotions safe passage through me and out of me. I will reframe my day with beautiful things once I've cleared the way.

Surrender In Personal Relationships

"What about people who want to use me, manipulate or control me? Am I to surrender to them?"

"They are cut off from Being, so they unconsciously attempt to get energy and power from You. It is true that only an unconscious person will try to use or manipulate others, but it is equally true that only an unconscious person *can* be used and manipulated.

IF YOU RESIST OR FIGHT UNCONSCIOUS BEHAVIOR IN OTHERS, YOU BECOME UNCONSCIOUS YOURSELF.

But, surrender doesn't mean that You allow Yourself to be used by unconscious people. NOT AT ALL. It is perfectly possible to say, "no" firmly and clearly to a person or to walk away from a situation and be in a state of complete inner nonresistance at the same time. When You say "no" to a person or a situation, let it come not from reaction but from insight, from a clear realization of what is right or not right for You at that moment. Let it be a nonreactive "no," a high-quality "no," a "no" that is free of all negativity and so creates no further suffering."
